TTC Knitalong!

Saturday July 15th, 2017 marks the return of the TTC Knitalong.

Love knitting? Love yarn? Love to congregate with like minded knitters and crocheters to share your craft?

The TTC Knitalong is one of the highlights of the summer in the city of Toronto. This one day event is an organized yarn crawl along designated routes, to visit some of the fabulous yarn stores that this city has to offer. Teams of 12, plus two captains will traverse their assigned route via TTC, and optionally congregate at the evening event where everyone can share their stories, compare finds, and hopefully win one of the fabulous prizes!

All proceeds from the event go to Sistering - Serving homeless, marginalized and low-income women in Toronto.

This year, we have added another charity element to the event. For every knitted or crocheted item, or yarn that you drop off at a designated yarn store, you will receive a raffle ticket to potentially win one of the exciting prizes available.

Since not all participants attend the evening event and miss out on the prize raffles, there will be a prize raffle for each team at the conclusion of the route. One lucky winner on each team will receive a prize!
